Egyptian Scarab Beetle

I have always been fascinate by Ancient Egypt, ever since I was a kid and read "The Egyptian", by Mika Waltari. One year, I decided to make an ancient Egyptian Christmas tree. This is just one of the ornaments which I designed. I took the idea from part of a pendant found in the tomb of Tutankhamon. The entire ornament is just 3-1/2" high.
